The management of the commercial history with a contact is done through the use of a forum.
A forum will be created for every new contact with a company taken, and will be stored under the "prospect" section.
When a contract is signed with the company the forum will be moved under the "customer" section.
When all contract are being ended with the customer, it will be moved under the "archive" section.
